  • Place eggs in pan, cover with cold water and add some vinegar and salt. The vinegar will keep the eggs from oozing out if the shells crack. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat. Let it set in a covered pan for 15 minutes. Drain off hot water. Cool with cold water and peel.
